Treetopia 2022 Virginia Beach

Fall is the perfect time for planting trees and ….coming up October 29th in Virginia Beach – a Celebration of TREES – don’t miss TREETOPIA featuring music, fun games, and various children’s activities.

Where: Mt Trashmore Park, Virginia Beach, VA

When: Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 11am-3pm

Cost: Free!

Description: Fall is the best time to plant trees in the Hampton Roads area and the City Council has a goal to increase tree canopy in Virginia Beach to 45%. Currently the tree canopy of VB is 39%. In order to reach that goal, it is important to educate our community on how trees directly benefit them and empower tree planting one tree at a time where feasible. TreeTopia is a P&R & Lynnhaven River Now collaboration that will be a fun celebration for all ages!
