Starts Friday! The 24th Annual Great Backyard Bird Count

Great Backyard Bird Count 2021

It is that time again! The next Great Backyard Bird Count will be February 12-15, 2021.

This is a fantastic way to get the kids outside in nature, learn about the local wildlife, and contribute to this great event. Anyone can participate for free, no registration is needed. Watch and count birds for at least 15 minutes on any day of the count and enter your results online at www.birdcount.org, where you can watch as the numbers grow each day!

The four-day count typically records more than 10 million observations.
