Summer Bash at Historic Greenbrier Farms

Historic Greenbrier Farms is back with their Annual Summer Bash Event featuring Dunk-A-Department! The Dunk-A-Department fundraiser benefits the local Chesapeake Sheriff and Police Department.
When: Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 10AM – 4PM
Where: Historic Greenbrier Farms, 225 Sign Pine Rd, Chesapeake VA
Cost: Free entry and open to the public! There are fees for some activities and U-Pick Sunflowers will be available.
Description: Our local first responders will be here during the event ready to go in the dunk tank! Choose your department, Chesapeake Police or Sheriff’s department! The department you dunk gets the proceeds from your donation, $10 minimum donation.
The Police Department and the Sheriff’s Department will be onsite for the following activities: 
  • Dunk a Department
  • Police K9’s
  • Police Cars
  • Mascots
The Sheriff’s department will also have Child ID on-site for anyone interested in having one made!
Planned Free Activities Include:
  • Inflatable Water Slide
  • Inflatable Slip n’ Slide
  • Baby pools
  • Hayrides
  • Yard Games
  • GBF Playground, Bounce Houses, Barnyard Animals
Carnival Games and Prizes will also be onsite (fees apply)
  • Dunk Tank
  • Inflatable Ski Ball
  • Easy Striker
  • Inflatable Basketball
  • Ring Toss
Food Available OnSite:
  • The Hive Farm Bar and Grill
  • Popcorn
  • Snow Cones
Additional Details: DJ by Astro Entertainment will be onsite, as well as local vendors, fairy hair, and face painting. Sunflowers will be available for u-pick!
