The 2025 Shobou Con has been canceled due to weather this weekend.

Shobou Con, the annual mini-con is back at Chesapeake Public Library! Get ready for a cosplay, crafts, hands on fun, vendors, and an after-hours dance party!

Where: Chesapeake Public Library 298 Cedar Road, Chesapeake VA

Description: This year, we’re bringing back fan-favorite panels and activities, plus some exciting new additions. The popular panel “Mellow Admirer to Otaku: How Well Do You Know Your Manga?” is back, now with fresh game modes and new categories.
