Virginia Is For Art Lovers

A great, FREE event for ALL AGES this Saturday in Virginia Beach! #757 Families will have the opportunity to MEET Z Local Artist & VA Moca Educator Renee Calway, SEE her work exhibited at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Library & MAKE art with her on site!

Where: Virginia Beach Library, Oceanfront Branch, 700 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach VA

When: Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 10am-12pm

Description: Renee Calway, Hampton Roads native, back from her art studies in California, has developed a body of work all on display at the library. Come see it all and participate in her latest project in partnership with Zeiders American Dream Theater: THE VIRGINIA LOVE SIGN COMMUNITY SCULPTURE.

Bring your clean plastic lids of any size to the library where you will roll up your sleeves and glitz them up so they become part of the 6-foot-long VA LOVE SIGN! Thanks to Home Depot for sponsoring the project by providing all the building materials.
