The Mariners’ Museum is back this Fall with their annual Pirate Run and we are thrilled to be giving away 2 Kids Fun Run Registrations to one lucky winner! Here is what you need to know (scroll down to enter the giveaway!)

Where: The Mariners’ Museum and Park, Newport News VA

When: Saturday, October 15, 2016

Cost:

• Fun Run: $10 in advance
• 5K In The Park: $40 through Sept 30, $45 after
• 10K On The Noland Trail: $50 through Sept 30, $55 after
• Registration closes October 13, 2016

Description: There are three events at the Pirate Run:

• 8:30am: Kids Fun Run – A shorter race for the little runners! Pirates of all ages will love this 1/2 mile fun run. All participants receive a finisher’s medal.
• 9am: 10K On The Noland Trail -This is the ONLY 10K on the Noland Trail. The course will begin along Museum Drive, continues onto the challenging Noland Trail and finishes in front of the Museum.
• 9:30am: 5K In The Park – Runners/Walkers will follow a route along Museum Drive and into other less traveled areas of the Park.
