Description: FUSE Fest celebrates the heart of St. Paul Community – the people through this intergenerational, transformative festival. Fuse Fest, powered by Teens With a Purpose, is FREE and welcoming for all ages, all people! Fresh Food, Back to School Giveaways, Gamer Bus and more!

• Carnival style procession with live drumming and traditional attire
