Adopt an Animal during “Paws on the Plaza” this Friday when Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® partners with Norfolk SPCA for Animal Extravaganza!

WHO:
The Norfolk SPCA (Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is partnering with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® for an animal extravaganza this Friday, April 13.

WHAT:
Dogs & cats from the Norfolk SPCA will be available to visit and play with – and applications to adopt any of the animals will be available. For every application to adopt an animal (one per family) Ringling Bros. will also provide a ticket voucher good for a show at either Norfolk or Hampton!

Animal Care Seminar with Hans Klose’s and Klose’s Performing K9’s
Friday, April 13, 11 AM
The Animal Care Seminar is a live, 30-minute demonstration to explain the daily care, diet, and exercise of the animals of The Greatest Show On Earth®, as well as how the animals travel with the show.

WHY:
Rescue dogs can do anything – even perform at the circus! Most of Hans’ dogs in Klose’s Performing K9’s were rescued from pounds and shelters, and the canines range from several mixed breeds to Fox Terriers, a Great Dane and an Australian Shepherd.

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents DRAGONS will appear at the Norfolk Scope from April 12-15 and at the Hampton Coliseum from April 18-22.
