This is a pretty fantastic offer! If you are currently pregnant, or a new mom (with a child one year old or younger), you can receive a FREE one year membership to Sam’s Club.

Here is what you need to do to grab this offer, it is available through September 29, 2015:

  • Call (888) 746-7726
  • Select Option 2 
  • Let the person you speak with know you are calling about the New Mom Membership Offer. 
  • They will ask you for your name and address and will give you a code to physically take to your local Sam’s Club location. 
  • Your local Sam’s Club will issue you the membership card, effective right away.
