First Chesapeake Robotics

Is your active child into electronics and robots? Don’t miss the FIRST Chesapeake Robotics Championship where you can enjoy FREE admission, and FREE interactive exhibits for all ages. There will be different robotic alliance matches every 5 minutes!

Where: Hampton Coliseum 1000 Coliseum Drive Hampton, VA 23666

When: Friday & Saturday, April 8 – 9, 2022

Cost: Free admission

Description:  Cheer on your favorite robot in exciting alliance matches every 5 minutes! Learn more about starting your own robotics team! Take part in free interactive exhibits for all ages! As part of its celebration of 20+ years of robotics competitions in Virginia, FIRST Chesapeake is bringing its biggest event ever to the Hampton Coliseum. 140 of the best and brightest middle and high school robotics teams from Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland will take part in this fast-paced and high energy Championship event. Robots will compete as part of the FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Robotics Competition. Be a part of the excitement!
