When: April 23, 2016. The festival starts at 11am, and is a FREE event!

Where: 5215 Colley Avenue, Norfolk VA at the CEO building

Description: We will showcase some of the best local and regional bands in Hampton Roads. The Festival will also display some of the areas most talented artists. Our goal is to provide an exciting, free, family event that will help to raise awareness and support for local charities.
