City Nature Challenge 2021

What a great excuse to get outside this weekend! It’s the 2021 City Nature Challenge!
Friday, April 30 – Monday, May 3, 2021
Description: We can’t wait for you to join us for City Nature Challenge 2021! The Hampton Roads location will include all areas within the 7 cities: Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach. Be a part of documenting Hampton Road’s incredible biodiversity by creating observations of as many wild species as possible from April 30-May 3, 2021. Then, put your brains together to help us identify local species from May 4-May 9, 2021 with final results announced on May 10, 2021. Happy observing!
