Busch Gardens: The Count’s Spooktacular 2025
The Count’s Spooktacular is back at Busch Gardens this fall! This event takes place on weekends ONLY, September 20 – November 2, 2025, and is designed for kids ages 0-9. The event will be from 10 am to 5 pm.

Here is what Busch Gardens has planned for the kids:

- Sesame Street Character Halloween Photo Opportunities. Enjoy unique photo opportunities with everyone’s favorite furry friends dressed up in costume!
- Trick-or-Treat Trail. Kids (under the age of nine) can embark on the Trick-or-Treat Trail along the Griffon Overlook, uncovering a sweet treat around every turn. Join us for an exciting candy-filled quest, making this our sweetest Halloween yet!
- Hay Maze. Take your little ghouls and goblins on a fun, festive adventure through our family-friendly hay maze.
- Sesame Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt. Help Count von Count count all of the crows on the scarecrows throughout Sesame Street Forest of Fun! Activity sheets are available in Abby Cadabby’s Treasure Trove. Once you’re done, turn your sheet in to receive a Halloween prize!
- Halloween Arts & Crafts. Enjoy fun Halloween-themed crafts and coloring pages during Halloween Spooktacular in Sesame Street Forest of Fun!
- Halloween Popcorn Bucket. Purchase our Halloween-themed popcorn bucket featuring everyone’s favorite Grouch! Refill your popcorn bucket for FREE on the day of purchase! Oscar the Grouch Halloween Popcorn Bucket is available for sale in the park at Union Snacks, Aquitaine Refreshments, Brady’s Drink, Three Rivers Snack Stand and Festa Coke Market September 20 through November 2.

On Saturdays & Sundays from Sept. 20 – Nov. 2, kids (ages nine and under) are invited to dress up in their favorite costumes and join the Halloween fun, including exciting, family-friendly rides, our hay maze, a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt, and our costume parade.
