Description: Pressure. Anxiety. Distress. It’s not always easy to see signs of mental health struggles in youth athletes. What’s being done to recognize these symptoms and react with the proper resource to make sure your son’s or daughter’s mental wellness is being looked after? The Virginia Sports Hall of Fame and Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) are providing a FREE community forum to put the spotlight on this important topic.

VSHF inductee Michael Cuddyer, former JMU Football star and author Eugene Holloman, clinical professionals from CHKD Sports Medicine, and youth athletes will on be on hand to share their experiences and answer questions. The event will be moderated by Kerri Furey from The Hampton Roads Show.
