The 3.9 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, nature trips, and bird watching and is accessible year-round.  Bikes allowed.

Description: Hampton BMX, formerly Hampton Supertrack, has been located in Gosnold Hope Park for over 30 years. The track is opened to the public to ride during daylight hours.  The track is closed to free-riding when the track is wet, when volunteers are performing maintenance on the track, or during events.
