Mark your calendar for the Chrysler Museum's Free Family Event: Save The Elephants Day, happening this Saturday. 

Wendy Maruyama's The wildLIFE Project inspires this event with activities planned to encourage visitors to consider the plight of the elephant, tour the exhibition, craft a make-and-take art project, and find ways to advocate for elephant preservation.

SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES:
10 a.m.—Doors open for activities in Huber Court.
Stop by our #elphie station to take a picture with your handmade elephant mask!
11 a.m.—Story reading in The wildLIFE Project exhibition.
Noon —An elephant-making demonstration at the Perry Glass Studio.
2 p.m.—Family Gallery Talk begins, crafts end in Huber Court.

Where: The Chrysler Museum, One Memorial Place, Norfolk VA

When: Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 10am-2pm.

Cost: Free!
