Kids (and adults) fitness programs ages 4+ at two Virginia Beach locations (London Bridge and Shadowland). Kids classes and programs are offered on a semi-regular basis throughout the year.
All classes are structured to give the youth athlete progressive training in strength and conditioning and an increase in self-esteem and confidence. Teens 16 years and older are welcome to join our standard workout classes. Spring & Summer camps may be available.
The Tallwood Wrestling Club is a nonprofit, program dedicated to teaching local youth, ages 6-18, the fundamentals of wrestling, sportsmanship, teamwork as well as handling individual achievements and disappointments.

TCOYO field hockey was created to provide Virginia with a field hockey experience that gives players an opportunity to play hockey from junior levels through elite competition, including National level showcases.
Team Hoyt Virginia Beach remains the premiere running inclusion foundation of it's kind and hosts riders and athletes in over 25 runs a year - including 5k's, half marathons, marathons, and even triathlons!

Welcome to The Bake Studio at May’s — where butter, flour, and a little magic come together. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned home baker, our hands-on classes invite you to roll up your sleeves, learn new skills, and leave with something delicious (and a little flour on your apron). Baking classes are open to ages 12+. There are some parent + child classes open to younger bakers.

The mission of the Eliza Hope Foundation is to provide a center that meets the individualized needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. The Fashion Class in Virginia Beach is a creative sewing and fashion design studio for kids and teens who love to make things. Students learn how to design, sew, and create their own clothing and accessories in a fun, supportive environment guided by experienced instructors.
Our classes introduce children to the exciting world of fashion through hands-on projects like sewing skirts, bags, and accessories while learning real sewing machine skills and design techniques. Beginners are always welcome, no prior sewing experience is required!
We offer weekly sewing classes, seasonal camps, birthday parties, and special workshops for ages 6–17. All materials and sewing machines are provided, and students take home the projects they create.
At The Fashion Class, kids build creativity, confidence, and practical skills while bringing their fashion ideas to life.
