Our dynamic program teaches how to maintain a positive mental well-being while learning basic natural hair care… including how to properly wash and twist! Students will piece the mind together to get the perfect design and balance through positive mental health techniques. We will learn strategies to help detox the mind, come to understand the power of positive affirmations and positive thought replacement, and touch on health, fitness, wellness & education.
