Our licensed counselors specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting support, and more, with options for individual, couples, and family counseling.

In addition to counseling, we provide restorative wellness services to help the whole family recharge — including therapeutic massage, sports massage for teens, prenatal & postpartum massage, cryotherapy, and Alpha-Stim sessions. These services are designed to reduce stress, support recovery, and promote overall well-being. Parents often come to us for their own care, but we also welcome children and teens who may benefit from both counseling and specialized massage in a nurturing, family-friendly environment.
