2KnuckleSports MMA & Fitness offers age-appropriate classes for the entire family, starting as young as 4 years old. Our curriculum is a blend of boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and grappling, giving our students a well-rounded foundation of different disciplines and constantly improving and challenging their fight IQ. We focus on confidence, discipline, fitness and real life skill development in a safe and structured environment. We also offer homeschooling classes, self-defense training and cardio/HIIT classes. Whether your goal is confidence, fitness or functional self-defense, there's a place for you here!

4-H is the youth (ages 5 to 19) development education program of Virginia Cooperative Extension. 4-H is rich with learning experiences where young people partner with caring adults and volunteers in a fellowship unlike any other program available to youth today. During the summer, 4-H offers a range of day and residential (overnight) camps.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the heart of Chesapeake's Great Bridge area, ages 4 to adult. Youth Youth Jiu Jitsu (ages 4 - 13), Adult Jiu Jitsu (ages 13+), Women Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (ages 13+), Adult Judo (ages 13+).

For 11th and 12th grade young women. The program is designed to be a presence of caring individuals who provide support, advice, reinforcement and constructive examples which help young women from all circumstances succeed. The one-on-one partnership will encourage young women to develop to their fullest potential, and will help to develop their own vision for the future. Commitment to the program through community involvement and volunteer hours will provide these young women the opportunity to receive a $1,000.00 scholarship upon graduation.

Camp Outback is offered as a day camp experience for girls each summer. Campers can enjoy hiking on nature trails, be challenged on the fitness trail, climb the 50 foot outlook tower, canoe on Bells Mill Creek or participate in outdoor classroom activities in one of the four outdoor pavilions located on the property.
