In addition to counseling, we provide restorative wellness services to help the whole family recharge — including therapeutic massage, sports massage for teens, prenatal & postpartum massage, cryotherapy, and Alpha-Stim sessions. Parents often come to us for their own care, but we also welcome children and teens who may benefit from both counseling and specialized massage in a nurturing, family-friendly environment.
