Led by Amy, our Kids Yoga class is designed for kids ages 6–11. This playful yet mindful class blends yoga-inspired games, breathing exercises, affirmations, and age-appropriate poses (taught in both English and Sanskrit) to help your little yogis:
Build strength & flexibility
Improve focus & emotional balance
Develop confidence & creativityBonus for parents → Kids’ classes run at the same time as our adult Warm Yoga sessions, so you can enjoy your own practice while they enjoy theirs.
