YVCHR Volunteer Project – Mayflower Marathon Food Drive (Shift 2) at Kroger (Yorktown)

The Mayflower Holiday Food Drive is a 3 day food drive that will benefit the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank. The goal is to bring joy, happiness and nourishment to families across the greater Peninsula who are experiencing food insecurity.
Location: Kroger in Yorktown
Details: Volunteers will be performing a wide array of tasks including but not limited to: Accepting donations, weighing donations, logging donations, assembling donations on the truck.
Youth needed: 10
Special Considerations: Youth volunteers must be at least 12 years old and sign a Foodbank waiver. This is a rain or shine event.
