Teens With a Purpose (TWP) is proud to announce the ImmortALL Finale, a powerful intergenerational arts and storytelling event that brings young voices and community history together on one stage on April 24th at Zeider’s American Dream Theater. The ImmortALL Finale is more than a performance, it is a celebration of legacy, storytelling, and the power of young people to carry history forward through art.
This year’s poetry season will culminate during National Poetry Month with the ImmortALL Finale, where youth poets present original works inspired by oral histories, community stories, and intergenerational conversations. Through the ImmortALL project, young people interview elders and community members from Union Kempsville High School Princess Anne County Training School, transforming their stories into poetry and music performances, ensuring that local history, lived experiences, and community wisdom are preserved and shared through youth voice. This program is presented with funding in part by the Virginia Beach Arts & Humanities Commission and Cultural Affairs office.
ImmortAll, The Grand Finale, the Culminating event, merges all parts of the festival with newly appointed YPLs, Student Performances, and Elders.
