Yoga with Fee Presents Space to Belong: Colley Community Center Fundraiser at Colley Community Center (Norfolk)

This 75 minute gentle, floor-based, yin yoga practice will use accessible movement & breath-work to reduce stress, improve alignment, and help you build the inner steadiness that supports both you and your community. A minimum donation of $30.00 is required to attend. All proceeds benefit the CCC.
