Whale Watching at the Cape Henry Lighthouse (Virginia Beach)

Juvenile Humpback Whales are known to take a break from their migrations in Virginia Beach and can be seen off Cape Henry! Join our staff as we learn about whale migrations and tendencies and keep an eye out for playful whales splashing in the surf.
This event is free of charge and will depart at 11am from the Lighthouse visitors center to the nearby overlook. Whale sightings are not guaranteed.
