VCE Master Gardeners Walks at Sleepy Hole Park (Suffolk)

Join VCE Master Gardeners, in partnership with Suffolk Parks and Recreation, in a series of free easy walks and talks to learn about the native plants you might see at Sleepy Hole Park.
We’ll have door prizes, and you might go home with a native plant or seed to add to your garden!
May – 5/17/25, 2:00 PM – See and learn about some of the native plants you can find at Sleepy Hole Park.
August – 8/16/25, 10:00 AM – Learn how the native plants at Sleepy Hole Park feed wildlife, including birds, moths, and butterflies.
October – 10/18/25 2:00 PM Search out and identify some of the native plant flowers at Sleepy Hole Park that have gone to seed. Learn how to collect, share, and grow seed from native plants and go home with some native seed donated by the presenter.
