An Urgent Call to Elevate and Empower Hampton Roads Youth!
We invite you to support and engage in The State of the Youth Voice: Unseen to Unstoppable — a powerful youth-led convening taking place August 28 at the Chrysler Museum of Art.
This event gathers students ages 13–18 from across Hampton Roads to address the urgent challenges of our time — and share their vision for a stronger, more just future.
Through performances in spoken word, music, dance, and oratory, youth will speak to the issues impacting their generation — including mental health, equity, education, and environmental justice. They will not only share their concerns but offer actionable solutions with courage, clarity, and creativity.
In just a few short years, these young people will become voters, policy influencers, and community builders. This is their time to be heard. As educators, you are uniquely positioned to help amplify their voices.
