The Refill: Postpartum Support Group at Little Bean Play Cafe (Chesapeake)

The Refill is a FREE postpartum support group led by a LPC for moms in every season, whether this is your first baby or your fifth. A space to be held, heard, and supported as you refill your cup alongside other mothers who truly understand.
The playroom will be available to those who will have littles in attendance. Due to limited capacity it will be available on first come basis
Preregistration for the group is required
