Teen Decoden Crafting at MEO Central Library (Virginia Beach)

Bring in a phone case that needs a refresh, and decorate it with decoden, a type of Japanese crafting. For teens who do not have a phone case to decorate, there will be keychains to decorate.
Teens, ages 12-18. Registration is required.
