Swim League Prep Clinic at Great Neck Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)
August 9 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
These clinics are for participants who are interested in improving their stroke techniques. Participants must be comfortable swimming one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) demonstrating some knowledge of the specified stroke and rhythmic breathing pattern. Additionally, swimmers must be comfortable swimming in deep water. A Recreation Center Membership or day pass is required for participation.
Swim league Prep Prerequisite: Participants must have knowledge of front crawl with rhythmic breathing and back crawl and be comfortable in deep water.
