Swim Clinic: Swim League Prep at Seatack Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)

This clinic is designed to get participants prepared for the Summer Swim League Eligibility Swim (refer to swim league eligibility swim requirement for details).
Prerequisite: Participants must have knowledge of front crawl and back crawl and be comfortable in deep water. Recreation Center Membership or day pass required.
