Swim Clinic: Starts, Turns, & Finishes at Great Neck Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)

These clinics are for participants who are interested in improving their stroke techniques. Participants must be comfortable swimming one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) demonstrating some knowledge of the specified stroke and rhythmic breathing pattern. Additionally, swimmers must be comfortable swimming in deep water. A Recreation Center Membership or day pass is required for participation.
Starts, Turns, and Finishes Prerequisite: Demonstrates some knowledge of all four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke).
Note: The prerequisites cover the necessary swimming skills and knowledge required, ensuring participants are adequately prepared for the clinic’s focus on the specific aspects of competitive swimming.
