Swim Clinic: Individual Medley at Kempsville Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)

These clinics are for participants who have a basic knowledge of all four competitive strokes, freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, and breaststroke, and are interested in improving their technique. Each clinic includes starts and turns elements for that stroke.
Prerequisite: Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) using a good basic crawl stroke with rhythmic breaths and basic knowledge of competitive swimming.
Recreation Center Membership or day pass required.
