Swim Clinic: Butterfly at Williams Farm Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)

These clinics are for participants who are interested in improving their stroke technique. Each clinic includes starts and turns elements for that stroke.
Prerequisite: Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) using a good basic crawl stroke with rhythmic breaths. Recreation Center Membership or day pass required.
