Swim Clinic: Butterfly at Kempsville Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)
May 8 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
These clinics are for participants who have a basic knowledge of Butterfly stroke and are interested in improving their technique. Each clinic includes starts and turns elements for that stroke.
Prerequisite: Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) using a good basic crawl stroke with rhythmic breaths and basic knowledge of competitive swimming.
Recreation Center Membership or day pass required.
