Swim Clinic: Backstroke at Great Neck Recreation Center (Virginia Beach)
August 12 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
These clinics are for participants interested in improving their stroke techniques. Participants must be comfortable swimming one length of the pool (25 meters/yards) demonstrating some knowledge of the specified stroke and a rhythmic breathing pattern. Additionally, swimmers must be comfortable swimming in deep water. A Recreation Center Membership or day pass is required for participation.
backstroke Prerequisites: Demonstrates a good back crawl on back and face is out of the water.
