Sunset Paddle at Hoffler Creek Wildlife Preserve (Portsmouth)

Watch the day fade on a sunset kayak tour of Hoffler Creek! Paddle through the peaceful waters, immersing yourself in this unique marshland habitat. As the sun dips below the horizon, witness the beauty of the Monitor-Merrimac Bridge-Tunnel, bathed in the warm glow of sunset over the James River. It’s the perfect way to end your day.
Pricing is PER PERSON for this event. Individual children between the ages of 3 – 17 must book with a parent/guardian. Smaller children will be placed in the front seat of a double kayak with a parent/guardian. Everyone is required to wear a provided life jacket.
What to bring:
– A strap to hold your glasses or sunglasses
– Water Shoes (sandals, aqua socks, old tennis shoes, etc. Your feet will get wet!)
– Appropriate clothing (You will get wet!)
– Towels to dry off
