Join us on Friday, July 31 for Summerween, a one-night-only celebration where spooky season meets summer fun! Stroll through the NEON District and visit decorated participating businesses while collecting candy, treats, and festive giveaways along the way!
Whether you’re a year-round Halloween enthusiast or looking for a fun family outing, Summerween is the perfect way to support local businesses, while celebrating the creative spirit of NEON.

– FREE icecrean from the ice cream truck parked at The PLOT
– Explore Norfolk’s vibrant arts district
– Come dressed in your favorite costume!
Admission is free, costumes are encouraged, and Halloween lovers are especially welcome.
Registration required – we need to know how much ice cream and candy is needed!
