Recharge Respite (Virginia Beach)

School is back in session, and our Recharge Respite 2025-2026 season has officially begun!
What is Recharge Respite?
At Recharge Respite, we welcome school-aged children with special needs, along with their siblings, for a day at camp. We fill the time with games, crafts, toys, an inflatable slide, sensory activities, and Bible stories. Each special needs child is paired with a buddy for the day to ensure that they will receive specific attention and have a fun-filled day. Parents have the opportunity to spend their time however needed and get a respite to recharge.
Recharge Respite will meet on the second Saturday of each month from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Registration is required to attend. Spots are limited, so be sure to register at the beginning of each month.
