Plants 101 – Larchmont at Larchmont Branch Library (Norfolk)

This event will be held at Lambert’s Point Community Center, 1251 W 42nd St., Norfolk, VA 23508.
Learn about parts of edible plants, plant sunflower seeds, try out some plant lifecycle tai-chi and create a “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” craft with the Norfolk Botanical Garden!
Approximately preschool through 1st grade. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver at all times.
Registration is recommended to secure your spot and will close after Tuesday, July 1st. Contact us with inquiries after that date or to change details of your registration. If event registration has not filled up by the start of the event, or if some registrants are absent, walk-ins will be accommodated in order of arrival.
Only register the child participants for this event – do not fill out registration forms for the accompanying adults. Make sure an adult caregiver can be reached at the email address and/or phone number you provide.
