Pitching, Hitting & Throwing Mechanics Clinic (Virginia Beach)

This clinic is built for athletes who want to dominate both sides of the game. Join us for an exclusive Pitching, Hitting & Throwing Mechanics Clinic led by Just Throw with Rick, designed to improve power, accuracy, and overall performance. Whether your player needs to tighten mechanics, increase velocity, fix timing, or sharpen their swing, this session delivers real correction and real development.

$100 per athlete

This 3-hour hands-on training is packed with instruction, repetition, and one-on-one correction. Athletes will work shoulder-to-hip connection, release points, whip, drive mechanics, arm care, and proper throwing form to support injury-free longevity.
