The Peninsula Health Center is offering several Back-2-School Immunization Clinic dates starting August 15!
Vaccines required for school in Virginia are provided free to children 18 and under. Parents and guardians, please bring your picture ID, the child’s health insurance card (if they have one), and the child’s vaccination record in order to receive vaccines.
