Visit us on April 27 for an Open House at the Portlock at South Norfolk to view the In Pursuit of an Education exhibition from noon to 2:00 p.m. In Pursuit of an Education is an exhibit telling the story of the education of African Americans in Norfolk County (present-day Chesapeake) from 1870 to the 1954 ruling of Brown v.
