NUTRITION EDUCATION AND FOOD ACCESS:
The Y understands that lack of access to nutritionally-balanced food negatively impacts health. Through community health programs, cooking classes, food distribution events, and mobile food pantries, the Y seeks to combat food insecurity and promote healthier eating habits.
