Join us and celebrate your library love as we kick-off National Library Card Sign-up Month with a Community Art Collaboration led by local art Heidi Joy. Meet the artist, create your own art, visit the face painting booth, create crafts, bedazzle your shoes, and show us your VBPL Library Card to be entered in a drawing for a custom pair of book themed shoes.
