Want to Explore Yoga and Dance Without Judgment or Pressure?

Join us for a free, open house and inclusive afternoon of movement for body, mind, and spirit where there’s no judgment, no pressure, and no “perfect” way to move.

Experience practices that honor every body’s unique expression and invite you to reconnect with joy, ease, and self-compassion. Come explore, move freely, and discover what feels good for you.

Choose from four free 30-minute demo classes throughout the afternoon:

12:00–12:30 PM: Somatic Yoga – Embody Love
Feel, heal, and flow with slow, mindful movements.

These movements release tension and help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom. This gentle practice invites you to move with love and self-compassion as you soften, sense, and truly listen to yourself.

1:00–1:30 PM: Flow Yoga – Heart-Centered Harmony
Take in love with every breath as you flow through gentle vinyasa sequences.

This gentle practice opens your heart and calms your mind. Perfect for all experience levels. Let your breath guide you into ease, presence, and inner harmony.

2:00–2:30 PM: Expressive Dance – Dance Your Heart Out!
A guided free-form dance where all movement is valid.

Learn foundational steps and movements, then make them your own in a judgment-free space. Express joy, connection, and love through movement. Come as you are, and let your heart lead the way.

3:00–3:30 PM: Belly Dance for EVERY body
Shimmy with self-love and celebrate what your body can do.

Expand your confidence and embrace joy through this ancient practice. Not just for women (and never was!), belly dance is rooted in community and family gatherings. Accessible to all bodies, because everybody deserves to dance.
