Mom & Me Mother’s Day Yoga (Virginia Beach)

$40This special class is all about connection. Throughout the hour, you and your child will explore partner poses, playful stretching, yoga-inspired games, and simple breathwork techniques that are easy to understand and fun to practice together.
Each activity is designed to encourage teamwork, laughter, and trust while helping both of you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
This class takes place in a comfortable, non-heated room and is welcoming to all experience levels—no prior yoga experience needed.
Price:
$40 includes mom + one child
