Military: Operation Ice Bath at NAS Ocenana (Virginia Beach)

Do you think you have what it takes? Brave the cold with NAS Oceana MWR Aquatics and join us on Saturday, February 21 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Feet Wet Pool for a one-minute cold plunge. Bring a bathing suit, towel, and warm clothes for after. Check-in begins at 10:30 AM. Make sure to stay afterwards and enjoy a hot cocoa bar, coffee, and donuts. This event is free and spectators are welcome!
