Military: In-Water Standing Yoga at Naval Station Norfolk

Stretch it out while keeping cool with NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Aquatics! Join us every Saturday at 9 AM at FRP-12 indoor pool for our in-water standing yoga class, starting October 5. This is a family-friendly, full body workout focused on stretching, balance and flexibility.
